In these years our students continue to build skills and knowledge with a balanced approach to learning through play and direct teacher instruction. Our students develop fluency in their English language skills as well as a key focus on social skills and independence. Lessons are often cross curricular, meeting several subject objectives in one lesson and helping students to make stronger connections with context to their learning.

Key Stage Two: Year 3, 4, 5 & 6

Key Stage Two: Year 3, 4, 5 & 6

The engaging lessons in Key Stage Two will often contain practical elements with students learning in pairs and small groups, making use of the adaptive learning spaces both indoors and outdoors. Teachers take an active role in classes, supporting and challenging the learning of all students.
